Heat-Sealed Freshness

Each Oatling is individually sealed in a specialty heat-sealed freshness bag to lock in flavor and maintain the soft, chewy texture of our oatmeal cookies and signature fluffy cream filling.

Protective Packaging

Every order is packed in a sturdy corrugated shipping box to help protect your Oatlings during transit. During warmer months, we add insulated packaging and gel ice packs for additional protection against the heat.

Fresh Baking & Shipping

Every order is baked fresh and made to order. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

To help ensure your Oatlings arrive in the best possible condition, we ship Monday through Thursday only. We do not ship on Fridays because packages may remain in a carrier's network over the weekend, which can affect freshness, especially during warmer weather.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer as every batch is prepared fresh.

Delivery Date Advisory

We bake every order fresh and limit transit time so your Oatlings arrive ready to enjoy. Shipping dates are determined by location, order volume, and our Monday through Thursday shipping schedule.

While we do our best to meet requested delivery dates, shipping carriers may occasionally experience unexpected delays or earlier-than-expected deliveries. If you're ordering for a birthday, holiday, or special occasion, we recommend selecting a delivery date several days before your event.

Summer Shipping Notice

Our Oatlings are freshly baked and filled with our signature fluffy cream. During warmer months, every shipment is packed with insulated materials and gel ice packs to help protect your Oatlings from heat while in transit.

Gel ice packs may arrive partially or fully thawed, which is normal. They are included to help reduce heat exposure during shipping and are not intended to keep the package refrigerated throughout transit.

Please monitor your tracking information and bring your package indoors as soon as it is delivered. For the best experience, allow your Oatlings to come to room temperature before enjoying, or refrigerate them upon arrival if preferred.

How Long They Stay Fresh

Thanks to our heat-sealed packaging, unopened Oatlings stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying them sooner.
