Fresh Baking & Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of being placed. During high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer as each batch is baked fresh to maintain the highest quality and freshness.

Delivery Date Advisory
We bake-to-order and limit transit time so oatmeal cream pies are fresh upon arrival. Shipping dates and pricing are determined by location and availability. We try our best to deliver orders as requested, but the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays or an earlier than expected delivery. We recommend selecting a delivery date before your occasion/event if you would like delivery by a specific date.

Summer Shipping Notice
Our Oatlings are freshly baked and filled with our signature cream. Because we use no preservatives and ship during warm weather, the cream filling may soften or melt if packages are left outside in the heat.

Please monitor your tracking information and bring your package indoors as soon as it is delivered. We are not responsible for products that are damaged, softened, or melted due to packages being left outside after delivery.
