All Oatling oatmeal cream pies are baked fresh and packaged shortly before shipping. Each cookie is sealed in a specialty heat-sealed freshness bag to maintain the soft texture and fluffy cream filling.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
When kept sealed in their freshness bags, Oatling cream pies stay fresh for up to 2–3 weeks at room temperature. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying them sooner.
How should I store my cookies?
Store cookies at room temperature in their sealed packaging.
For longer storage, cookies can be refrigerated or frozen and brought back to room temperature before enjoying.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days of being placed. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer as every batch is baked fresh to maintain quality.
How are the cookies packaged for shipping?
Each cookie is sealed in a specialty heat-sealed freshness bag and packed inside sturdy corrugated shipping boxes to protect them during transit.
Do you ship nationwide?

Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months, cookies may soften slightly during transit. This does not affect quality. If desired, you can refrigerate cookies briefly before serving.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
