All Oatlings are baked fresh and packaged shortly before shipping. Each Oatling is individually sealed in a specialty heat-sealed freshness bag to maintain its soft texture and our signature fluffy cream filling.
How long do the Oatlings stay fresh?
When kept sealed in their freshness bags, Oatlings stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying them sooner.
How should I store my Oatlings?
Store your Oatlings at room temperature in their sealed packaging.
For longer storage, Oatlings can be refrigerated or frozen. Before enjoying, allow them to come to room temperature for the best flavor and soft texture.
When will my order ship?
Every Oatling is baked fresh and made to order. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
To help ensure your Oatlings arrive in the best possible condition, we ship Monday through Thursday only. We do not ship on Fridays because packages may remain in a carrier's network over the weekend, which can affect freshness, especially during warmer weather.

Do the Oatlings contain allergens?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because every order is baked fresh and prepared shortly after it is placed, we may not be able to make changes once processing has begun. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's transit times.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our Oatlings are freshly baked and filled with our signature fluffy cream. During warmer months, the cream filling may soften during transit if a package is left outside in the heat.
Please monitor your tracking information and bring your package indoors as soon as it is delivered. If desired, refrigerate your Oatlings briefly before enjoying.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
